As "the fishing data guys", we thought it would be valuable to share a few pie charts showing when and where people go fishing. This data is based off the "data requests" feature on the web site.
This first chart below shows where people are fishing. Any surprises here? Maybe we expected CC Bay to get a higher percentage. Aransas is definitely getting the most traffic, by far.
The chart below shows what days of the week people go fishing. No surprise here that Saturday and Sunday far outnumber the other days. However, it's very interesting that Monday through Thursday have a very close numbers.
For those who want to avoid the most traffic, hit Ayers Bay on a Wednesday or Thursday. :-)
